Description
The swing non-standard oil cylinder is an actuator with output torque and reciprocating motion. It has single vane, double vane, and spiral swing. Vane type: the stator block is fixed to the cylinder body, and the vanes are connected to the rotor. Depending on the oil inlet direction, the vanes will drive the rotor to swing back and forth.
The main reasons for scratches on the inner surface of the cylinder body are as follows:
(1) Before assembly, all components of the hydraulic cylinder must be thoroughly deburred and cleaned. When parts are installed with burrs or dirt, foreign objects can easily embed into the surface of the cylinder wall due to "other strengths" and the weight of the parts.
(2) When installing a hydraulic cylinder with scars, the piston and cylinder head are large in mass, size, and inertia. Even with the assistance of lifting equipment, due to the small specified clearance, they will not exert any effort. Therefore, when the end of the piston or the bump of the cylinder head contacts the inner surface of the cylinder wall, it can easily cause scars. The solution to this problem is: for small batch products with large batches, use automatic assembly guiding tools during installation; for heavy, thick, large, and medium-sized hydraulic cylinders, careful operation is the only way to avoid issues.
