A serious problem with non-standard oil cylinders is that it is difficult to determine when foreign objects enter the hydraulic cylinder. After foreign objects enter, the outer side of the piston sliding surface, such as the lip seal, can scrape foreign objects on the sealing lip edge during operation, which helps to avoid scratches. However, the piston with O-ring seals has sliding surfaces on both ends, and foreign objects can easily form scars between the sliding surfaces. There is only one piston rod on one side of the piston, so the effective area of the two chambers is different. When the fuel supply is the same, the piston moves at different speeds in different chambers; when the load to be overcome is the same, the pressure to be supplied in different chambers is different, or after adjusting the system pressure, the loads to be overcome in both directions of the sanitation garbage truck hydraulic cylinder are different. After rolling, the surface of the oil cylinder has no sharp edges, and the sealing ring or seal will not be damaged due to long-term movement and friction, which is particularly important in the hydraulic industry. Air enters the hydraulic pump or hydraulic cylinder. Air compression or expansion can cause the piston to slide or crawl. The elimination measure is to check the hydraulic pump, set up a dedicated exhaust device, and quickly operate the exhaust several times throughout the stroke.
