Description

In order to ensure the functionality of cold drawn pipes, tempering is usually performed during the processing of the product. To meet the needs of different occasions, the functionality of cold drawn pipes is required, thus the tempering temperature varies. After low-temperature tempering treatment, the arrangement of cold drawn pipes will change to martensite, which ensures the advantages of pipe hardness and wear resistance, while reducing the internal stress and brittleness of cold drawn pipes. Cold drawn steel pipes are a type of steel pipe, classified according to different production processes, and are different from hot-rolled (expanded) pipes. In the process of expanding the diameter of the blank or raw material pipe, a single-chain or double-chain cold drawing machine with a capacity of 0.5-100t is usually used for multiple cold drawing processes. Cold rolled (dial) steel pipes include general steel pipes, medium and low pressure boiler pipes, high pressure boiler pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, machined pipes, thick-walled pipes, small diameter cold drawn pipes, etc., including carbon thin-walled steel pipes and alloy thin-walled steel pipes. Stainless steel thin-walled steel pipes and special-shaped steel pipes. The outer diameter of cold drawn steel pipes can reach 6 mm, and the wall thickness can reach 0.25 mm. The outer diameter of thin-walled steel pipes can reach 5 mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25 mm. The precision and surface quality of cold drawn steel pipes are significantly better than those of hot-rolled (expanded) pipes. However, the diameter and length of cold drawn steel pipes are limited by the process.
