The honing tube is a high-precision steel pipe material that has been cold drawn or hot rolled. It is mainly used for producing pneumatic or hydraulic components such as cylinders or oil cylinders and can be seamless. The chemical composition of the honing tube includes carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium. The thick-walled honing tube is the main body of the hydraulic cylinder. Its inner hole is usually processed by drilling, reaming, rolling, or honing, allowing the piston and its seals and supports to slide smoothly, reducing wear. The steel pipe must withstand high water pressure, so it should have high strength and rigidity.
